Draft Zoning Ordinance
The city of Chamblee is currently in
the process of re-writing the zoning ordinance. The last public work session
regarding the new ordinance is to be held Wenesday, March 8,

Chamblee Annexation
The city of Chamblee is currently exploring
the possibility of annexing some surrounding areas into the city. The next meeting on this topic is
scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, 7 PM at Chamblee First United Methodist Church.

Proposed Georgia Power Substation
Georgia Power is proposing to build a new power substation
at the corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Perimeter Summit Parkway on a one-acre lot.
Local residents have set up a website in protest of the substation:

Turnberry Gates Development
A new townhome development has
been proposed along the west side of Johnson Ferry Road, where the old Storehouse Furniture building
is currently. Only the first two homes facing Johnson Ferry will be demolished, but
the developer has plans to extend the development along the entire west side of Johnson Ferry
to the edge of the city limits. The Review Board will hold a public input meeting for this project on
Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chamblee Civic Center. Here are some documents pertaining to the development:
